Flow Traders is looking to solve the business problem of needing an Institutional Trader to join their Institutional Trading team in New York to assist in day-to-day sales trading operations and work closely with trading desks, risk, trade settlements, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day execution and sales trading responsibilities
- Support the institutional offering and act as the intermediary between our clients and internal departments, including trading, trade settlements, risk, and compliance
- Manage pre- & post-trade processes
- Manage internal & external reporting

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably finance, economics, and business
- 1+ years experience in sales trading
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and problem solving
