Requirements

  • Collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Blackboard Class.
  • Assessment and analytics tools for evaluating educational outcomes.
  • Proficiency in instructional design theories and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, design, and revision of curriculum materials, including syllabi, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional content.
  • Develop and streamline educational courses for students and professionals.
  • Utilize computer software and other technologies to enhance course design and delivery.
  • Build comprehensive modules that facilitate effective teaching and meaningful learning experiences.
  • Implement extensive use of educational technology in the design, delivery, and assessment of course outcomes.
  • Incorporate evidence-based teaching practices and innovative learning technologies into curriculum design.
  • Design and develop learning activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and student engagement.

Other

  • Respond promptly to daily communications via email and voicemail, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the University's mission, policies, procedures, ethical standards, compliance with data protection regulations and pertinent legal regulations in all aspects of admission activities.
  • Participate in Commencement Exercises, new student orientation, university events, committees, self-studies, and University Commencement Ceremonies.
  • Execute special projects assigned by the President or supervisor.
  • Master’s degree in education (at minimum), Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
