Responsibilities
- Applies instructional design models and strategies to develop instructional projects
- Develops instructional documents utilizing various instructional methods and assessment strategies
- Creates measurable learning objectives based on job task analysis and/or needs assessment
- Designs course content based on current research and best practices, which aligns with learning objectives
- Provides evidence of course content and assessment alignment with learning objectives
- Creates course resource materials, as needed
- Manages individual projects and liaisons with project manager to ensure needs are fully understood
Other
- Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or other appropriate degree
- Two years of experience
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check
