GovCIO is looking to hire an Instructional Developer 3 to perform C4I systems curriculum design and development supporting the RSNF C4ISR III Training contract.
Requirements
- Experience producing C4ISR curriculum using NAVEDTRA 130 Series for development
- Experience developing curriculum in a military setting
- Experience with NETC Curriculum Development
- Military Journeyman Instructor (Navy or service equivalent)
- Master Training Specialist (Navy or service equivalent)
- Must be knowledgeable and capable of operating various computer based training systems including distance learning and long range facilitated group discussions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with and gathers course material from subject matter experts.
- Converts written materials and course content into interactive courseware.
- Develops new e-learning programs or updates and maintains existing courseware in alignment with objectives.
- Selects or develops teaching aids such as demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
- Develops flowcharts and storyboards based on course materials
- Must be knowledgeable and capable of operating various computer based training systems including distance learning and long range facilitated group discussions.
- May be responsible for producing quick reference guides.
Other
- This position will be located in Charleston, South Carolina and will be a hybrid position.
- Must be able to collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists.
- May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
- May evaluate end-users to determine technological literacy, learning capacity, and teaching methodology.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 - 8 years (commensurate experience)
