CACI is looking for an Instructional Systems Developer to assist in implementing a systematic design process for effective and efficient learning in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience instructional system development.
- Working knowledge of TRADOC Regulation 350-70.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning products for adult learners (Soldiers, civilians, and contractors) using current, relevant, emerging, and approved Army doctrine.
- Follow the current U.S. Army approved training database of record parameters to design and produce Program of Instruction (POIs) and Training Support Packages (TSPs) IAW TRADOC 350-70.
- Manage projects with respect to POIs involving graphic design, photo and video, programming, and publication.
- Ensure approved POIs are correct, up to date, and if needed, recommend changes through the chain of command.
- Develop documents and publications supporting methods of training and training tasks.

- Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems, Organizational Development or equivalent discipline.
- Communicate effectively to develop solid relationships with military personnel, civilians, and contractors.
- Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%
