Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is looking to solve business problems in the real estate industry through its corporate services, including risk management, and is seeking an intern to support its Risk team with department and function initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Risk Management and/or related fields of study such as Actuarial, Business Administration, or Finance
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Support the Revantage Risk team with both department and function initiatives
- Collaborate across functions, departments, and regions to fulfill project requirements
- Learn and become proficient in internal software systems relevant to risk department
- Assist in creation of ad-hoc presentation and communication materials
- Observe and participate in daily activities and provide suggestions for improvement
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by questioning current processes
- Establish and maintain relationships across departments, regions, and portfolio companies
Other
- Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Desire to learn the functions of a risk management department and a strong ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June 2026
