Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is looking for Insurance Interns to gain real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience, learn to apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction, and develop professional skills to find their interest and place in the insurance industry, acting as a springboard into full-time careers.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure in Client Management, Risk Management, and Benefits Analysis
- Analyzing client information
- Researching for ad-hoc projects
- Learning the basics of our world-class insurance programs while supporting the actual clients
Other
- Students entering their senior year toward a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
- Majors in Risk and Insurance Management, Finance OR displaying a keen interest in learning insurance, risk management, or financial consulting fields.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Applied knowledge in the areas of communication, interpersonal relationship management, versatility and creativity.
- Resolution and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 minimum.
