Requirements
- Strong expertise in mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM.
- Knowledge of Micro Focus and AWS cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Micro Focus COBOL – Rocket Software.
- Ability to convert Mainframe JCL into command-line scripts.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with VSAM concepts and DB2 LUW.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for large-scale implementations, SaaS platform migrations, and managed services engagements for Life & Annuity insurance clients.
- Collaborate with architects on solution design and provide project estimates for upcoming initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement using service management best practices.
- Implement solutions to support complex client requirements.
- Convert Mainframe JCL into command-line scripts.
- Build programs tailored to business requirements.
- Recommend/configuring Vantage-One/wmA products to optimize batch cycles.

- 18+ years of IT experience with significant experience delivering insurance systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
