Requirements
- Familiarity with video-conferencing technology and telehealth platforms.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial non-clinical screenings to determine basic eligibility, explain program offerings, and collect demographic and preliminary clinical information.
- Coordinate and schedule initial assessment appointments with clinical providers, sending confirmations, reminders, and pre-appointment instructions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telehealth access and provide guidance on telehealth processes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Generate reports and dashboards on intake metrics, patient demographics, program engagement, and outcomes.
- Analyze trends in patient inquiries, no-show rates, and completion rates to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development, and adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient inquiries via phone, email, and online forms, providing timely and professional responses.

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Experience in patient intake, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support within healthcare or behavioral health.
