Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning for headcount sizing initiatives, engaging directly with executive leadership to define requirements, identify solutions, and ensure models are designed to meet their specific needs.
- Own the strategic roadmap for model development, critically evaluating trade-offs between model accuracy, data granularity, and speed of delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end project plan for sizing initiatives, ensuring model outputs and insights are seamlessly integrated into critical business processes.
- Conduct analyses leveraging quantitative and qualitative data and developing a cohesive narrative.
- Direct annual internal research and external benchmarking to ensure all data and assumptions used in our models are accurate, relevant, and future-proofed.
Other
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Strategy, Business, Analytics).
- Experience in workforce planning, capacity modeling, or HR strategy.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate competing priorities.
