Archer is seeking to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility by designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft, and this internship is a part of the effort to develop and test the aircraft systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar languages
- Familiarity with version control tools
- Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing automated test scripts for aircraft systems.
- Debug, test, and improve existing automation and other lab tools.
- Integrate software tools with lab hardware (simulation platforms, data acquisition systems.
- Support automation of data collection, processing, and visualization from lab experiments.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand testing requirements and lab workflows
Other
- Going into the 1st, 2nd or 3rd year in college career
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering program (or other engineering with significant programming experience)
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Passion for aviation, testing and automation
- Archer is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position at the present time
