Responsibilities
- Work with Process owners/Business Analysts to develop & enhance applications
- Data: Manage data sources to effectively repurpose data
- Change Control: Follow proper change management processes and communicate upcoming work to customers and team members.
- Testing: Develop test plans for new development and program changes. Conduct testing, and document results.
- Documentation: Create new, and update existing, documentation pertaining to appropriate activities and processes.
- Actively participate in strategic discussions and planning for the development of solutions to address business needs.
- Keep abreast of IT advancements, industry trends, development and support methodologies, and best practices and apply them to the job as appropriate.
