The Integration Engineer will design, develop, and maintain integrations between various internal and external systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow across our technology ecosystem while maintaining data integrity and system performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors
- Strong understanding of Workday data model and business processes
- Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP web services
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services or other applications leveraging both configuration and customization
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations for data
- Create and maintain integration documentation, including technical specifications and data mapping
- Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to ensure reliable data transfer
- Work with various data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration processes
- Perform data validation and transformation to ensure accuracy across systems

- Retains flexibility in performing duties outside of the primary responsibilities to support evolving business needs, taking on additional tasks or projects as required, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
- Assist cross-functional teams, handling unexpected challenges, or contributing to initiatives that support business growth and success, keeping a proactive mindset and an ability to pivot quickly are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.
- This role is hybrid and in the office minimum of three days a week to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
- This role requires occasional availability outside of traditional working hours to address urgent business needs as they arise, including, but not limited to, responding to security incidents, supporting software deployments, resolving software issues or system breaks, and addressing other critical operational requirements and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations by promptly addressing any issues, regardless of time or day.
