Labcorp is looking for an Integration Lead to architect and implement integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and API Management to ensure technical integrity and consistency of provided solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in application integration space with at least 6 years in a development team lead role
- Solid experience for coding, implementation and deployment.
- Expertise in Business Studio and other integration development tools.
- Experience in writing micro services and containerized code.
- Experience with packaging and deployments (TFS, JIRA, SonicQube, Maven, Nexus, etc.).
- Understanding of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
- Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL (may include queries, stored procedures, triggers, etc.) in the course of development and debugging issues.
Responsibilities
- This individual will be the Lead for all Integration solutions primarily using TIBCO technology but also using other integration technologies to provide scalable and robust solutions.
- This is a hands-on position and will require the incumbent to be actively involved in architecting and implementing all Integration based solutions within Labcorp, mainly using TIBCO BW, Tibco EMS and other Integration tools.
- Experience integrating and managing Data Integration solutions under a hybrid model.
- Work with other IT groups to understand and interpret overall technical needs as they pertain to Data Integration solutions and translate them into tangible solutions.
- Document the technical solution to address the defined process needs.
- Participate and direct the development team and IT staff as appropriate in the design of solutions.
- Collaborate with other technical areas to integrate across tiers, platforms, and responsibilities.

- This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of a minimum of three in-office days at an assigned location to be either Burlington or Durham, NC, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
- Good communication and documentation skills to convey vision to a variety of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of documentation as it pertains to the requirements from Quality and Compliance is required.
- Works with product vendors in understanding the future TIBCO ESB product roadmaps to prioritize by collaborating with application teams
- Some weekend and evening hours will be required.
