Piper Companies is hiring an Integrations Software Engineer for an E-Learning Healthcare Provider to design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for seamless integration of HRIS and ATS systems into their platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience focused on ETL and data integration
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services (Synapse, Data Factory, Functions)
- Experience integrating HRIS and ATS platforms
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
- Exposure to modern ESB frameworks
- Experience driving integration strategies in service-oriented architectures
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Functions
- Customize integrations based on client needs
- Research integration technologies and recommend scalable strategies
- Document workflows and contribute to process improvement

- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Data & Gen AI teams
