Zlayt AI is seeking an Integrator to harmonize major business functions, create clarity from complexity, and align the team around priorities to drive customer acquisition, optimize operational efficiency, and scale the business.

- Build the infrastructure (processes, systems, dashboards) to enable rapid growth.
- Align leadership and functional heads on priorities, KPIs, and accountability.
- Drive execution of quarterly/annual goals and ensure metrics-driven decision making.
- Identify and solve cross-departmental friction points before they escalate.
- Scale and professionalize operational practices without stifling innovation.
- Implement systems for communication, project management, and reporting.
- Preserve the entrepreneurial spirit while creating repeatable, efficient processes.

- Partner with the CEO and Head of Product to translate vision and product strategy into operational plans.
- Serve as a thought partner, providing a pragmatic counterbalance to visionary leadership.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution of company goals.
- Work with leadership to set company-wide OKRs, then ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Collaborate with finance on budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- 8+ years of experience in operations, general management, or scaling start-ups (preferably in AI/tech).
- Proven track record as COO, VP of Operations, GM, or similar role.
- Experience working with visionary founders and fast-moving teams.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to inspire alignment across diverse stakeholders.
