Crisis24 is looking for an analyst to support the 24/7 analytical needs of client engagements on-site at the client's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
Responsibilities
- Support the 24/7 analytical needs of client engagements on-site at the client's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
- Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements.
- In coordination with Embedded Intelligence Services' leads, and in accordance with appropriate guidance, this job will track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact
- assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments
- proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data
- Assist in production of specific briefings or presentations
- assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure.
- Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills.
- Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels.
- Foreign Travel And Experience Preferred.
- Required to be on client-site at GSOC during shifts (located in the City of Boston)
- Shift work (including overnights, weekends, holidays) required to support client's 24/7 mission.
- Flexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis24 core 24/7 mission.
- Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed.
- Candidates will be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment.
- Any person hired to work in the space should know they will be fingerprinted and these prints will be run by FBI as they will have access to CJIS systems.
