Crisis24, a GardaWorld company, is looking for an analyst to support client engagements by producing analysis, tracking world events for client impact, and assisting in incident management.

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
  • accurate typing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analytical needs of client engagements.
  • Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements.
  • track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact
  • assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments
  • proactively leverages existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data
  • Assist in production of specific briefings or presentations
  • assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures

Other

  • Shift work required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure.
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels.
  • Foreign Travel And Experience Preferred.
  • Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Candidates will be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment.
