Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes
- Ability to implement the full lifecycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools and techniques
- Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Robocorp / Sema4.ai, Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Noetix
- Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies
- Utilize Scrum agile project management framework
- Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
- Employ change management techniques as we implement new and improved processes
Other
- Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
- Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort
- Actively participate in team meetings, offering valuable insights and ideas to tackle complex problems
- Work closely with team to deploy projects into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer
- Create training documents and support training events and workshops
