The Software Automation Developer will help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Requirements
- Python, Java, PowerShell, C OR Full Stack Development OR RPA tools (such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism)
- Python Java Textract, PowerShell, ServiceNow, C, VB.net, Jira
- Robotic Process Automation Tools (i.e. UIPath, Automation Anywhere) - certification preferred
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying automation opportunities and troubleshooting issues.
- Data Handling Skills: Experience with Excel, databases, and data manipulation is important, as many IA solutions involve handling data.
- Version Control Familiarity: Knowledge of version control systems (like Git) can help with collaboration and code management.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt, as IA technologies and methodologies can evolve rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end processes, design the best automation solution, and develop the solutions.
- Learn and implement other automation tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and explore AI solutions such as Agentic AI.
- Analyze and qualify processes for automation.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities in the client’s environments.
- Serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, and solution developer.
- Serve as a client advisor.

- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Chantilly, VA
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
