Requirements
4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience designing for advertising platforms, financial tools, or other enterprise products to launch.
Experience designing for AI-powered systems, agentic technologies, or other automated products.
Excellent problem solving skills with experience in systems thinking, translating user needs into clear user journeys.
Excellent organization, communication, and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions, drive alignment with senior stakeholders and partners, and influence product strategy across a collaborative organization.
Responsibilities
Define the user experience strategy for product areas by understanding advertiser needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Partner with teams across Google Ads to understand the broader ecosystem, using that system-level view to inform design strategy.
Translate strategy into ideas, creating and testing concepts in partnership with user research and content design.
Collaborate as a strategic partner with product managers, engineers, and UX research to align on a shared idea and make collective decisions.
Produce detailed designs and guide the engineering team during development to ensure the final product is built to a high standard of quality.
