ASRC Federal is looking to support the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) G6 at Redstone Arsenal, AL by developing and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) tools to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows, improve communication, and automate key project management functions
Requirements
- Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise tools
- Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Model development, training, optimization, and deployment
- Preprocessing and analyzing large data sets
- Experience working in AI/ML initiatives within DoD or federal government environments
- Familiarity with Agile development and MLOps practices
- Exposure to Python-based ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
Responsibilities
- Work in an AI/ML team supporting enterprise-wide automation, analytics, and insight initiatives
- Coordinate technical delivery of AI solutions aligned to mission-specific use cases
- Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world application
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements based on user and system feedback
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets for use in AI/ML pipelines
- Deploy AI/ML models in secure, on-premises environments, ensuring performance and scalability
- Use platforms such as Palantir Foundry and Microsoft Copilot to create actionable insights and automation tools
Other
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide technical teams
- Ability to define and document AI/ML use cases in coordination with stakeholders
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution
