Requirements
- Epic Cogito Clarity Certification with the ability to write SQL Queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (E.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Python and business intelligence tools are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and integrate data from multiple clinical and operational sources (EHR systems, automated dispensing systems, ERP databases, etc.).
- Create dashboards and visual reports in analytics tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI to present insights effectively.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues in ad-hoc and automated reports.
- Implement report automation and self-service analytics to empower our end users.
- Extracts data from various data sources including electronic medical record, decision support, clinical quality, clinical registries, and claims databases and understands architecture to allow for creative solutions to problems of simple to moderate difficulty.
- Creates technical documentation, clarifies, interprets and translates specifications as required in order to develop an appropriate information solution utilizing analytic and technical tools such as SAS, SQL and visual analytic tools for requests of moderate difficulty.
- Implements plan to obtain data, sets up and maintains databases, analyzes data and creates reports and graphics for dissemination to stakeholders for projects of moderate difficulty.
