Canadian Solar is seeking an IT Intern to support the IT department with day-to-day operations, technical troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and user support, providing hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
Requirements
- Assist in providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Set up, image, and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Maintain and update asset inventory records and documentation
- Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Support onboarding/offboarding tasks such as account creation, equipment provisioning, and access control
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments
- Help maintain shared folders, access rights, and file organization
