Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Eager to learn and develop new skills in construction and project management
- Strong work ethic with professionalism and reliability
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt well to working in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Apply academic knowledge in real-world settings
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain exposure to different functions
- Deliver projects on schedule and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop new skills in construction and project management
- Take detailed notes to capture important insights and instructions
- Solve problems and think critically
- Work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
