Sephora is looking to reimagine the future of beauty by leveraging Agentic AI automation within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts (e.g., Pods, Deployments, Services) is a plus.
- An interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or automation.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of Agentic AI frameworks to automate specific SDLC steps, such as code generation, testing, or deployment.
- Participate in building and maintaining the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which is crucial for managing the context and communication between different AI agents.
- Contribute to the design and development of AI agents that interact with our Kubernetes platform.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate AI automation tools into our existing CI/CD pipelines.
- Write and test code, debug issues, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software.
- Document your work and findings, helping to create a knowledge base for our new automation initiatives.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
