Responsibilities
- Contribute to 1–2 medium/large or 3–4 small-scale projects, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Work within an Agile delivery team, engaging in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to deliver incremental value.
- Write and maintain clean code, assist with debugging, and support application enhancements using modern tools and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical work and present project outcomes to stakeholders.
- Receive coaching from senior engineers and gain exposure to enterprise development practices through shadowing and hands-on experience.

- Completion of sophomore year preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment for candidates who reside in the Des Moines Metro area
