Synoptek is seeking to add talent to their team to support their continuous growth as a Managed Services Provider, enabling their global client-base to grow and transform their businesses.
Requirements
- College courses in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university, preferred
- Customarily has exposure to business processes and experience in mapping these processes using Microsoft Visio or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Meet with developers to review requirements documentation, answer questions, and follow up with users to gather more information as required
- Perform testing on application systems developed prior to conducting user acceptance testing
- Create process flow diagrams of the 'Current' process and 'Future State' process
- Develop business requirements documentation and schedule meeting with development staff to review
- Serve as a liaison between end users and development staff
- Perform unit testing on the software applications developed based on requirements provided
- Conduct user acceptance testing sessions
