The Arizona Diamondbacks are looking for an intern to support their Business Analytics team, focusing on CRM application, database management, ticket pricing, market research, and sales strategy.
Requirements
- Proficient in Word, Excel, etc.
- Basic Microsoft SQL query skills a plus
- Basic Tableau skills a plus
- Basic machine learning skills a plus (Python, R)
Responsibilities
- Assist CRM Coordinator with administrative CRM tasks
- Assist with CRM lead creation and distribution to ticket sales teams
- Assist with data entry and cleansing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Assist with ticket pricing and strategy projects
- Help with report and dashboard creation (Tableau, Excel and other reporting tools)
- Assist with market research on our Corporate Partners and reporting metrics
- Assist Data Scientist with machine learning projects as needed
Other
- Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate student, or within one-year post-graduation with preferred majors of Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative major, pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work in-person in Phoenix, Arizona from January 2026 – October 2026
