Prologis is looking for interns to assist with managing their extensive real estate portfolio and supporting capital deployment initiatives. This involves maintaining databases, tracking leasing proposals, evaluating land use processes, and developing cost models to improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making in global commerce infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
Responsibilities
- Maintain Building and Land Inventory Database: Update and manage a centralized database of building and land inventory that is visually accessible and exportable into a spreadsheet format. Include information on the competitive set, development status, and key watchlist items.
- Track Leasing Proposals: Create and maintain a centralized database for Build-to-Suit (BTS) and Spec leasing proposals, including City View, West View, Mountain View, and other active projects.
- Evaluate Land Use and Rezoning Processes: Conduct a review of Greater Nashville’s land use codes and rezoning processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Develop Cost Model Repository: Create a centralized database of development cost models to support project budgeting, financial analysis, and future decision-making.
