Requirements

- Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines
- Pursuing (or intent to pursue) CPA, JD or LL.M
Responsibilities
- Prepare year-end tax projections
- Research federal, international, state, and local income tax regulations
- Assist in preparing correspondence to clients regarding proposed and final Internal Revenue Service regulations
- Prepare federal and international individual, partnership, limited liability company, S Corporation, and C Corporation income tax returns and supporting schedules
- Gather data from clients and analyze tax-related financial information
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
- Assist in the development of economic models used to evaluate transactions for strategic planning and structuring purposes
Other
- Pursuing a degree Bachelor of Science/Business Administration, Master of Science in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or other relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex information
- High motivation to learn and grow
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future
