Rally House is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to support the organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights across departments, guiding business strategies and improvements.
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
- Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
Responsibilities
- Analyze data using statistical methods to produce reports that highlight trends and patterns
- Support the review of existing automations and assess their effectiveness
- Assist in documenting processes, methodologies, and data management practices
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Provide recommendations to improve company processes, automation efficiency, and overall consumer satisfaction

- Ability to adapt to change and assume added responsibilities
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently
- Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship
- currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree
- available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS
