Lumen is looking to solve the problem of gaining insights into IT Transformation progress and optimizing decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Requirements
- MS Office Suite, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Experience with project management and planning.
- Interest in developing reporting skills using SQL or similar query languages
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analyses and experiments to other analysts, team members and business partners.
- Develop and program methods, automated processes, and systems to cleanse, integrate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions using machine learning and advanced analytics.

- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
- Graduating August 2026 – May 2028
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- US Work Authorization required for this role.
