The Bernard Group is looking for a Data Operations Intern to prepare, analyze, and cleanse data for retail production, supporting operational success and ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Requirements
- have experience or coursework in relational databases and SQL.
- are proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with PowerQuery or SmartSheets (a plus!).
Responsibilities
- assist with preparing, cleansing, and validating data for production and analytical needs.
- standardize processes by following established SOPs to improve efficiency.
- merge, manipulate, and format large datasets to meet project requirements.
- perform quality checks and cleanse data by eliminating duplicates and incomplete records.
- create and modify distribution lists and production-ready files.
- develop and update workflow documentation using flowcharts or swimlane diagrams.
- participate in various tasks and projects to support the data operations team.
