Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative intern to join their Business Process Engineering (BPE) team to develop engaging and effective training materials for a cutting-edge, AI-enabled cloud workflow application. The goal is to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly learning experiences that drive adoption and productivity.
Requirements
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and basic understanding of AI concepts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Business Process Engineers, Workflow application owners, and enablement leads to understand the AI workflow platform’s features and use cases.
- Design and develop training content including tutorials, quick-start guides, videos, and interactive modules.
- Assist in creating onboarding materials for new users and internal teams.
- Conduct user research and feedback sessions to refine training materials.
- Support documentation updates and knowledge base contributions.
- Help evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, analytics, and user engagement metrics.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
