Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite [Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
- Experience with analytics tools (Oracle R-studio, QLIK)
- Knowledge of vehicle software and hardware
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical engineering principles
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Experience with IT systems and software development
Responsibilities
- assist in course and training aid design and creation, support with material editing, and help in pilot and train the trainer activities
- utilize analytics tools (Oracle R-studio, QLIK) to monitor and identify new and trending quality issues/topics for research
- test new and revised reports created by the IT Department for Field Quality Assurance
- support the Quality Assurance Managers with process documentation and improving ongoing reports
- evaluate accessories for new model year vehicles; collect, analyze, and report data related to warranty claims and product design improvements for Subaru Genuine Accessories
- work closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to help evaluate new accessories and evaluate quality concerns
- support service areas for the Connected Vehicle, including vehicle software evaluations and coordinating with Subaru of America Corporate Vehicles and NASI vehicle management teams
Other
- Current Juniors OR Seniors planning to pursue a Master’s Degree OR students currently enrolled in a Master’s Program
- Must be an active student for the entire length of internship
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (depending on internship)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
