Requirements
- Practical experience with software development and different application hosting technologies
- Experience with or knowledge about AI and machine learning
- Knowledge of IT event and alert management
- Working understanding of underlying technologies like operating systems (UNIX, Linux, and Windows), networks, and databases
- General knowledge of scripting or software engineering
- Ability to write code/scripts for integrating products and technologies
- Familiarity with AWS and other cloud hosting providers
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects and work that support Enterprise Systems Monitoring (ESM) tasks and activities
- Provide operational insight into performance and availability of business systems
- Help the ESM team, application teams, and operations teams build and improve analytics and dashboards for application health and troubleshooting
- Work with a range of tools and application technologies, including Datadog, Splunk and Tableau
- Write code/scripts for integrating products and technologies
- Facilitate resolution of complex issues with innovative solutions
- Troubleshoot and solve problems
Other
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) preferred
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders and other team members
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Education path in Computer Science preferred
