Requirements

  • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Able to structure a problem analysis. Adept at analyzing data, uncovering insights, and offering tailored solutions for diverse clients.
  • Data Management: Competent at collecting and analyzing large data sets, conducting research, and visualizing insights to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Research: Highly competent at defining a problem and organizing an effective research methodology to gather the data required.
  • Project Management: Able to coordinate projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling presentations
  • Ability to leverage multiple methods for achieving research goals and able to source and master new methods for research on an ongoing basis
  • Understanding of how to use company tools and systems

Responsibilities

  • Managing candidate information and documentation; coding and authenticating data
  • Scout Executive-level candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and industry intel
  • Researching and preparing presentation materials
  • Update CRM with candidate data and search progress
  • Organizing and executing SharePoint library projects that align with the business workflow
  • Track trends, leadership moves, and competitor shifts
  • Research industries & client businesses to develop summary reports for internal strategy
