Responsibilities
- Managing candidate information and documentation; coding and authenticating data
- Scout Executive-level candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and industry intel
- Researching and preparing presentation materials
- Update CRM with candidate data and search progress
- Organizing and executing SharePoint library projects that align with the business workflow
- Track trends, leadership moves, and competitor shifts
- Research industries & client businesses to develop summary reports for internal strategy
