Introba is seeking a passionate Architectural/Mechanical Engineering Intern to join their Fire Protection Team to gain hands-on internship experience and apply Engineering studies towards the field of Fire Protection.

Requirements

• Exposure to Computer-aided Design software platforms (AutoCAD, Revit) considered beneficial
• Knowledge and exposure to fire sprinkler or fire alarm equipment a plus
• General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred
• Strong spatial perception and visualizations skills

Responsibilities

• assist with all aspects of design
• hands-on engineering work such as calculations and simulation
• drafting
• 3D modeling
• on-site observation of construction
• preparing for presentations
• maintaining project files

Other

• Must be currently enrolled and pursing bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Architectural Engineering Degree or related program from an Accredited University Program
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Desire and ability to take direction from multiple engineers and facilitate work flow between different construction coordinators
