Requirements
- Good experience with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Get a working understanding of Engineering involvement in the Maintenance of Aircraft, across different disciplines such as Structures, Systems, Avionics, Powerplant or Interiors.
- Work hands on with the technicians and aircraft on problem solving, looking for solutions for improvements to on-time performance, reliability or cost savings initiatives.
- Collaborate with various sub-departments in Maintenance and Engineering to produce Engineering documentation to support improvements to components and or aircraft.
Other
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
- Ability to present in front of an audience comfortably.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
- Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Any aviation related experience or exposure to aviation.
