Micron Technology's DIMM Module Development Group is looking to validate DRAM module PCBA products to contribute to the design and verification of innovative memory modules.
Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of hardware testing methodologies and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to machine learning or AI-based automation.
- Hands-on experience with Python, LabVIEW, Jenkins, or other automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate signal and power integrity of memory modules using PC systems, test platforms, and oscilloscopes.
- Provide timely feedback and debug support for initial circuit designs.
- Conduct failure analysis on board-level designs and test platforms.
- Collaborate with Simulation Engineers to correlate measurements with design simulations.
- Characterize active components such as PMICs, RCDs, and thermal sensors.
- Develop and refine test methods for component and module performance evaluation.
- Assist in automation software development for performance testing.
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must not graduate before September 2025.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
