Trust Point Inc. is looking for an intern to gain hands-on experience within their Information Technology team to maintain and support their team members' technical needs.
Requirements
- Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technology related issues required
Responsibilities
- Equipment deployment
- Hardware inventory
- Printer & coper troubleshooting/maintenance
- Troubleshooting Zoom video conferencing
- Assist end users with IT issues
- Assist IT department with special projects
Other
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or similar degree program
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, people skills, and written and verbal communication skills required
- in-person internship
- approximately 15 hours per week during the school year and allow for additional hours during the summer months
