Mastec CE&I Services needs assistance with maintaining day-to-day computer operations.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program related to computer science, information systems/technology or engineering.
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.9 or higher in relevant coursework
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
Responsibilities
- Work under close supervision to provide technical support to end-users and complete special projects as assigned.
- Support and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing end-user technical support.
- Assist with organization and maintaining IT hardware resources
- Effectively and professionally document service desk requests
- Act as a resource on various IT-related projects
