Labcorp's IT PMO department needs assistance in managing IT related projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from scoping to implementation and closure, to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction. This includes supporting Agile ceremonies, building project plans, managing dependencies, and reporting on project status.

Requirements

  • May function as Scrum Master for one or more workstreams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments for team, and managing dependencies with other teams.
  • Builds project plans, including necessary deliverables and schedules.
  • Assist in the facilitation of project scoping, ensuring that issues are raised, necessary input is obtained and project work is outlined.
  • Assist in management of project dependencies to ensure schedule execution.
  • Assist in risk management and appropriate mitigation strategies for projects.

  • Assist in the management of IT related projects; entire project lifecycle from sizing and scoping project to implementation, closure and handoff to support, ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Builds project plans, including necessary deliverables and schedules.

  • Provides regular reports and project status updates to management, stakeholders and others.
