Navigant Credit Union is looking for an IT Service Desk Intern to provide technical support to end-users, assist with IT operations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Information Technology Department.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
 
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, and Imaging is a plus.
 
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as the first line of contact to the back office and branch staff.
 
- Log and track any support calls or issues in the internal tracking system.
 
- Prioritize and escalate issues as required to ensure timely resolution while adhering to departmental SLA's.
 
- Identify trends in support calls and develop documentation to address frequently reported problems and issues.
 
- Assist with new PC installations, setups, and moves.
 
- Assist with setting up new office IT hardware.
 
- Assist with installation and testing of applications for operational integrity and functionality.
 
Other
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
 
- Strong interest in Technology and Customer Service with a desire to learn.
 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
