Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, or a related field, from an accredited institution
Experience with CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Strong technical skills

Interest in process improvement
Responsibilities
Leading process improvement projects within Powell's Switchgear Assembly Operations team
Establishing a productivity program
Setting up Just in Time material delivery
Production Control and others

Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic standing
Team player with strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a dependable, can-do attitude
Rising Junior or Senior continuing studies in Fall 2027
Successful candidates must have a legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
