- Strong clinical therapeutic skills and demonstration of knowledge of appropriate medication dosing in geriatric and adult populations

- Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
- Ability to utilize approved MTM electronic platforms.
- Applies judgment within defined parameters.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with pharmacists to provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services
