Lumen is looking to optimize assets and drive operational efficiency through strategic and tactical network planning, and is seeking an intern to support this effort.
Requirements
- Proficiency and understanding of MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with formatting, templates, and visual design principles
- Experience with data visualization tools or techniques is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and mitigating risks, to enable sustainable growth and deliver measurable cost savings.
- Optimize Planning processes to improve efficiency
- Data aggregation and analysis to drive margin-improvement initiatives and actions, for leadership consumption
- Integrate new technologies, leveraging AI, to accelerate process and product transformation
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support Director and VP level initiatives

- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
- Graduating August 2026 – May 2028
- US Work Authorization required for this role
