GM Financial is looking for interns to help define and improve business processes, aligning people, processes, and technology to enhance business performance. The role aims to leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve business problems effectively.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Additional knowledge of business transformation tools and techniques a plus
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.

Other
- Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
- Rising Senior classification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Previous internships are considered a plus.
- Flexible hybrid work environment, 2-days a week in office
