Responsibilities
- Manages the ADOT experience for the Interns program
- Develops and creates the ADOT Open House, partners with the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program for orientation, participates in Pilot Programs, develops Experience Surveys, attends Job Fairs
- Supports recruiting activities, serves as an additional point of contact for interns
- Develops goals and measurements to reflect the success of the Intern program
- Maintains and updates Intern Program Guidelines; and survey data from participants to measure program health
Other
- Must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver's license
- Must successfully pass all necessary driver's license record checks
- Must maintain acceptable driving records
- Must complete all required driver training
- Must be a current Arizona State Government employee
- Three (3) years of experience managing or assisting with program management (Selective Preference)
